How We Measure Impact
Counting donations is easy; counting change is harder. For every project we fund we agree measurable outcomes before a single penny is spent — litres of safe water per household per day, school attendance after twelve months, household income six months after a livelihood grant.
Our field teams collect that data directly from the communities we serve, with GPS coordinates, photographs and beneficiary lists attached to every distribution. Those records are reviewed internally each quarter and independently audited each year.
Where a project underperforms we say so publicly in our annual report and explain what changed as a result. Transparency is not a marketing exercise for us — it is an amanah, a trust placed in our hands by every person who donates.

Under our 100% donations policy, every pound you give is spent on programmes. Administration and fundraising costs are covered separately by our trustees and Gift Aid income.
