We run orphan sponsorship in The Gambia, Uganda and Pakistan. Children live with their surviving parent or extended family wherever possible, and your sponsorship supports the whole household rather than removing the child from it.

An Important Tradition

Caring for orphans is one of the most emphasised acts of charity in Islam, tied directly to the Prophet ﷺ, who was himself orphaned as a child and who promised the closest of company in Paradise to those who take that responsibility on.

Sponsorship is arranged monthly so it stays affordable and predictable. You can sponsor one child, several, or contribute towards the general orphan fund.
