Fixed country allocations mean we sometimes have surplus in one place and shortfall in another, with no way to move between them.

A flexible Qurbani lets our teams direct animals to wherever families are worst off at the moment of distribution.

How We Deliver It

We allocate flexible Qurbani in the final week before Eid, based on field assessments from Pakistan, Uganda, The Gambia and any active emergency response.

Sourcing, veterinary checks, Shariah-supervised slaughter and same-day fresh distribution are identical to our country-specific Qurbani.
